Yoga In The Winter

We know it can be tough to continue with your practice in the colder months.

Here are four reasons to continue practicing.

1. Yoga is warm – it helps to warm up your muscles and joints. Important with your changing body to help improve circulation, reduce stiffness and of course, bonding with your little one.

2. Yoga boosts your immune system – regular exercise boosts your immune system. Fight off germs with weekly yoga classes.

3. Yoga boosts your energy – With shorter days and darker nights, yoga can give you that extra boost of energy and can help set you up for a good night’s sleep.

4. Yoga is part of a community – you may come to class to exercise but we hope in the process you will meet others who are also pregnant or had their baby. Building a community is so important as they say it takes a village to raise a child.
