Fertility Yoga helps improve overall health and prepare your body for conception. Prenatal yoga is effective for relieving various pregnancy issues and helps you prepare for labour. Postnatal yoga helps to regain strength and to maintain emotional balance after giving birth.
All Padma Yogi classes are taught by doula, childbirth educator and registered prenatal/postnatal yoga instructor. During Melissa’s initial yoga training, she received the spiritual name of Padmavati. Padmavati (or Padma for short) means keeper or holder of the lotus flowers.
She’s has taught over 500 persons, using her experience and training in fertility yoga, prenatal yoga, and postnatal yoga to help new or expecting parents find stillness, relaxation, and heal their bodies.
